How to reach us
Email info@thewaxindex.com, or use the form below. Both go to the same place and a person reads them.
There is no phone number, because there is no office and no shop. The Wax Index is a publishing operation - we sell nothing and hold no stock, so there is nothing to phone about that an email cannot handle better.
We are not the manufacturer of any product on this site. If your warmer has failed or your order has not arrived, the seller or the maker is who you need - though if a warmer has simply stopped working, that is usually one of four things and none of them needs a warranty claim.
Corrections
The message we most want. If a figure here is wrong, a source has been misread, a link is dead or a product has changed, tell us.
Pointing at the source helps and is not required - "this number looks wrong" is a perfectly good message and we will go and check. Corrections are dated and logged rather than silently edited, which is set out on the editorial policy page.
One thing we cannot help with: whether a specific product is safe for your animal. That is a veterinary judgment and nobody here holds a credential of any kind. What we can do is point you at what the authorities publish - wax melts and cats - and the number for the Pet Poison Helpline, which is (855) 764-7661, 24 hours.
